Golden Monkey Black Tea - Supreme

Golden Monkey is named for the appearance of the leaves, which resemble monkey claws. This tea is smooth yet bright, with hints of lemon, and is not overly astringent. If milk is added, lemon and coconut flavors become slightly more pronounced.

This black tea is produced in the Fujian province of China. Each spring, it is carefully hand-processed with one or two leaves and one bud plucked from the end of each branch.
